Samsing is to unveil it's new Android-Froyo based tablet at it's IFA Consumer Electronics show next month. This tablet is to have a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen and offer live video chat ability. It will be running on either a 1Ghz processor or a 1.2 Ghz processor. There are photos of the Galaxy Tab that have been around since June.
